Appointments:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early before your appointment time. This gives time for paperwork needed to be filled out.
  • All spa packages must be prepaid by credit card, cash, or check.
  • You must give 24 hours notice for cancellations.
  • A service fee of 50% will be charged for missed spa package appointments to insure our employees are compensated for time lost.
  • Service prices do not include gratuity.
  • Please notify staff of all medical conditions, for example pregnancy, high blood pressure, etc. We will not be held responsible for adverse reactions.
  • A swimsuit is required for Jacuzzi service.
  • It is common to completely undress for massages. You are covered the entire time, but if you feel more comfortable you may wear underwear.
  • Please specify if you prefer a male or female therapist when booking Massage appointments.
  • Please make arrangements for your children before you come in for a service as a courtesy to other spa guests that are trying to relax.
